| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o životě našeho druhého pražského biskupa sv. Vojtěcha. Pokusíme se rekonstruovat Vojtěchův život, abychom pochopili, proč vznikly projevy svatovojtěšské úcty na našem území, kterým se budeme též v práci věnovat. Zaměříme se na oblast Přeštic. První část nám představí Vojtěchův život od jeho mládí až po mučednickou smrt. Dále si analyzuje 4 legendy, které vznikly o Vojtěchově smrti. Na závěr této kapitoly si popíšeme převezení světcových ostatků zpět do vlasti. V druhé kapitole si přečteme o historii a současnosti města Přeštice. Popíšeme si stezku věnovanou sv. Vojtěchovi. Závěrečná část pojednává o jednotlivých městech a vesnicích na Přešticku, která jsou spojená s úctou ke sv. Vojtěchu ve formě nějaké památky. Cílem práce je nejen přiblížit Vojtěchův život, ale i zmapování vybraných míst spojených s kultem sv. Vojtěcha na Přešticku a zachycení jejich historie. Samotný závěr práce zhodnotí Vojtěchův přínos rozvíjející se křesťanské církvi v českých zemích. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with with the life of our second Prague´s bishop St.Vojtěch. We try to reconstruct Vojtěch´s life to understand the reasons for manifestations of St.Vojtěch´s adoration. These manifestations are in the centre of attention in this thesis, among other things. We focus on the region of Prestice. The first part introduces Vojtěch´s life, from his youth to his martyr´s death. Further, it analyses four legends that came into existence after Vojtěch´s death. The end of this chapter describes the transfer of Saint´s remains to the homeland. In the second chapter we read about the history and the present of the town of Prestice. We describe the path dedicated to St.Vojtěch. In the final part we read about the particular towns and villages in the region of Prestice which are connected to St.Vojtěch´s adoration in the form of historic sights. The target of this thesis is not only to give an idea of Vojtěch´s life but also to map selected places related to St.Vojtěch´s cult in the region of Prestice and to capture their history. The very end of the thesis assesses Vojtěch´s contribution to developing Christian Church in Bohemia. |
