| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem spolupráce veřejného a soukromého sektoru, definicí základních pojmů, které se k tématu vztahují, charakteristikou možných druhů spolupráce a zejména PPP projekty, jejich výhodami a nevýhodami.. Dále se práce zaměřuje na přehled etap procesu PPP až do samotného uzavření smlouvy. Také v práci zmiňuji rizika, jejich možný přenos a seznam jednotlivých rizik. V poslední části jsou uvedeny praktické příklady PPP projektů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis addresses the theme of cooperation between the public and private sector, the definition of the basic concepts related to the subject, the characteristics of the possible types of cooperation and especially the PPP projects, their advantages and disadvantages of them. In addition, the thesis focuses on an overview of the stages of the PPP process until the actual conclusion of the contract. I had also mentioned the risks, their possible transmission and individually listed them. The last part shows practical examples of PPP projects. |
