| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá finanční analýzou společností působících v odvětví e-commerce na území České republiky. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení pojmů a popisuje rozvoj používání informačních a komunikačních technologií v podnikatelské sféře. Dále jsou popsány metody finanční analýzy, které jsou následně použity pro zhodnocení finanční situace společností. Praktická část obsahuje finanční analýzy vybraných společností a na základě výsledků jsou stanovena určitá finančn specifika charakteristická pro odvětví e-commerce. |
| Abstract in different language: | This master thesis deals with financial analysis of companies operating in the e-commerce sector in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part contains definitions of terms and describes the development of the use of information and communication technologies in the business sphere. Then the methods of financial analysis, which are subsequently used to evaluate the financial situation of companies, are described. The practical part contains financial analysis of selected companies, and then on the basis of results, certain financial specifics characterizing the e-commerce sector are set. |
