| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o radiodiagnostickém zobrazení koronárních tepen za použití ionizujícího záření. Skládá se z části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií srdce a ischemickou chorobou srdeční. Popíšeme zde jednotlivé formy postižení věnčitých tepen aterosklerózou a možnosti jejich zobrazení pomocí ionizujícího záření. Dále se budeme zabývat popisem jednotlivých vyšetřovacích metod, které se v současné době používají k zobrazení koronárních tepen. V praktické části se budeme věnovat kvalitativnímu výzkumu ve formě kazuistik a porovnáme, jaký způsob vyšetření je pro konkrétního pacienta nejvhodnější. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bacherlor thesis deals with the radiodiagnostic imaging of coronary arteries by means of ionizing radiation. It consists of both theory and practice. The theory focuses on the anatomy of the heart and the ischaemic heart disease. It describes different forms of damage in coronary arteries caused by atherosclerosis and the possibility of imaging them by means of ionizing radiation. Furthermore, it will deal with various examination methods which are being used for coronary artery imaging. The practical part is concerned with the qualitative research in form of case histories and consideres the best possible examination technique for each patient. |
