| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma Péče o pacienty s punkční nefrostomií je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsme se věnovali anatomickému popisu ledvin, ureterů a močového měchýře. Objasnili jsme, co je punkční nefrostomie a je zde také zmíněna její historie a vývoj. Navazuje seznámení s technickým postupem při založení punkční nefrostomie, s postupem při plánovaných i akutních kontrolách. Následuje seznam nutných zdravotnických materiálů a pomůcek k tomuto intervenčnímu výkonu. V dalších kapitolách se věnujeme technickému popisu RTG skiaskopického přístroje a ultrasonografu. V praktické části jsme se věnovali statistickému souhrnu pozorování pacientů s punkční nefrostomií, kteří docházeli na Borskou část KZM FN Plzeň k pravidelným i akutním kontrolám. Výsledky pozorování jsou vyhodnoceny graficky a písemně dle stanovených cílů. Dále jsme se snažili o porovnání postupu při ošetřování pacientů s punkční nefrostomií v KZM FN Plzeň a v 68 vybraných nemocnicích napříč Českou republikou. K tomuto šetření jsme stanovili 2 hypotézy, odpovědi jsme získávali formou dotazníku. Výsledky hypotéz jsou uvedeny graficky i písemně. Diskuze shrnuje výsledky cílů a hypotéz. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focused on the treatment of patients with percutaneous nephrostomy is divided into two parts a theoretical part and a practical one. In the theoretical part, We have described the anatomy of human kidneys, ureters and a bladder. We have described the percutaneous nephrostomy procedure (also called nephropyelostomy) together with its history and development. The thesis further describes technical implementation of the first percutaneous nephrostomy performed on a patient; and procedures for subsequent both planned and acute checks. The thesis also contains a list of necessary medical materials and tools for this interventional procedure. Other chapters contain a technical description of the X ray skiascope (retinoscope) and ultrasonograph. In the practical part, We have processed the statistical data from the observation of patients with percutaneous nephrostomy undergoing regular and acute checks at the Clinic of Imagining Methods of the University Hospital in Bory in Pilsen. The results of the observations are evaluated graphically and in writing according to the objectives set. We also tried to compare the procedure for treating patients with puncture nephrostomy in KZM FN Pilsen and in 68 selected hospitals across the Czech Republic. We have determined 2 hypotheses for this survey, we obtained the answers in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the hypotheses are presented both graphically and in writing. Discussion summarizes the results of the goals and hypotheses. |
