| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce představuje jednu z léčebných možností nádorů jater. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část v prvních kapitolách popisuje základní specifika nádorů jater a diagnostické metody využívané k diagnostice a následnému stanovení rozsahu onemocnění. Dále seznamuje s léčebnými možnostmi s důrazem kladeným na výkon intervenční radiologie - transarteriální chemoembolizaci jater. V praktické části je statisticky zpracováno početní zastoupení tohoto výkonu v uplynulých letech a četnost provedených opakování. Využití v praxi je demonstrováno na kazuistikách pěti pacientů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis refers one of the therapeutic possibilities of liver tumors. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic features of liver tumors and diagnostic methods used to diagnose and subsequently determine the extent of the disease. The thesis is focused on treatment options with an emphasis on the performance of interventional radiology - transarterial chemoembolization of the liver. In the practical part there is statistically elaborated a large representation of this performance in last years and frequency of repetitions performed. Practical application is demonstrated in the case studies of five patients. |
