| Abstract: | Má bakalářská práce na téma "Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s Alzheimerovou demencí" se zabývá nejen problematikou, ale také kvalitou ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta v domácím prostředím. Po seznámení se s Alzheimerovou demencí je v teoretické části také přiblížena tato nemoc včetně stádií, diagnostiky, možností léčby, sociální podpory a ošetřovatelské péče. V praktické části rozebírám a porovnávám kazuistiky dvou pacientů ženy a muže ve druhém až třetím stádiu nemoci. Dále je praktická část doplněna o polostrukturovaný rozhovor s rodinnými příslušníky, kteří o pacient pečují v domácím prostředí. Výstupem mé bakalářské práce je vypracovaný edukační leták pro laickou veřejnost tzv. "desatero pomoci, jak pečovat pacienta v domácí péči. Tento edukační leták je zahrnutý v přílohách mé bakalářské práce. |
| Abstract in different language: | My dissertation "Nursing of the patients with Alzhemer´s dementia" is not focused only on this problem but also on quality of home nursing. The theoretical part introduces us Alzheimer´s dementia including the phases, diagnosis treatment, choices, social support and nursing care. In practical part there are analysed case hystories of two patients - man and woman- in the second and third illness stage. The next part of this practical part is a semi-structured interview with the members of the families, who take care of the patient at home. We can find the educational leaflet that tells non-professional public how to care about the patient at home as an output of my dissertation. This educational leafletis included in the appendices of my dissertation. |
