| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématy přístupu lékaře a porodní asistentky k rodící ženě. Obsah práce je rozdělen na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce popisuji stručně dějiny porodnictví, zabývám se lékařským vedením porodu a ošetřovatelskou péčí porodní asistentky během porodu. Praktická část práce je vystavěna na základě kvalitativního výzkumu, obsahuje rozhovor s lékařem a porodní asistentkou, kteří ve své praxi pečují o rodící ženy. Cílem celé práce je pak identifikace lékařského pohledu na péči o rodící ženu a samozřejmě, také identifikace pohledu porodní asistentky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on attitude to delivering woman of a obstetrician and a midwife. The content of the thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part I describe the brief history of midwifery, I am focused on medical managment of childbirth and nursing care of midwife during a childbirth. The practical part of the thesis deals with the qualitative research. It contains interviews with the doctor and with the midwife, who take care of labouring women. The aim of the thesis is identification of obstetrical view on care of delivering woman, as well as indentification midwife´s view. |
