| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta s urolitiázou a je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část představuje čtenářům problém urolitiázy, zahrnuje anatomii, rizika vzniku onemocnění, diagnostiku, léčbu a prevenci. Zaměřuje se více na metodu LERV a v empirické části popisuje péči po tomto výkonu u dvou konkrétních pacientek. Specifikuje péči během hospitalizace, ošetřovatelský proces, prevenci a edukaci. Důvodem volby tohoto tématu byl osobní zájem o problematiku terapie urolitiázy a také to, že ošetřovatelská péče o pacienty po výkonu LERV ještě nebyla popsána. V praxi byla zjištěna absence edukačního materiálu pro pacienty po extrakorporální litotrypsi, proto byl jako výstup z práce na základě výsledků šetření vytvořen informační leták pro pacienty. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of nursing care of the patient with urolithiasis. That thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is theoretical and the second one is practical. In the theoretical part is introduced to readers the issue of urolithiasis. Then there is mentioned the anatomy, risks of the origin of the illness, diagnosis, therapy and prevention in the theoretical part. There is prefered the method of lithotrypse with extracorporeal shockwave in the empirical part because the practical part of my thesis is focused on care of two concrete patients after this kind of operation. It has been processed the practical part in two specific case reports. There is decription of the patient´s care during hospitalization, nursing process, prevention and education. That topic was chosen because of the individual interest for the problematics of the therapy of urolithiasis. The nursing care about the patients after this operation has not been described yet. There was found out the absence of educational material for patients after extracorporeal lithotripsy. The information handout has been created according to the results found out in the thesis. |
