| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá ošetřováním nemocných s asthma bronchiale. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definici, etiologii a klinický obraz nemoci. Popisuje její diagnostiku, kde jsou jednotlivě rozepsány vyšetřovací metody. Dále je v práci přiblížena léčba, která je rozdělena na farmakologickou a nefarmakologickou. Zaměřuje se také na ošetřovatelskou péči o nemocné s asthma bronchiale, kde jsou uvedeny ošetřovatelské diagnózy, cíle a plán ošetřovatelské péče, prevence, inhalační systémy, inhalační technika a dechová rehabilitace. Praktická část má výzkumný charakter a jejím hlavním cílem bylo poukázat na ošetřovatelskou péči u nemocných s onemocněním asthma bronchiale, postihnout využití nejmodernější léčby, správnosti podávání léků v praxi u tohoto onemocnění a ověřit znalosti sester v této problematice. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work deals with the nursing care patients with asthma bronchiale. The theoretical part focuses on the definition, etiology and clinical picture of the disease. It describes the diagnosis of the disease, which includes the investigative methods are individually described. In addition, there is a treatment that is divided into pharmacological and nonpharmacological part. It also focuses on nursing care for patients with asthma bronchiale, with description of nursing diagnoses, goals and plans of nursing care, prevention, inhalation systems, inhalation technology, and respiratory rehabilitation. The practical part has a research character and the main aim was to point out nursing care in patients with asthma bronchiale and to describe the use of the most modern way of treatment, the correctness of drug delivery in practice for this disease and to verify nurses knowledge in this issue. |
