| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zaměřit pozornost na to, jak postavení žen upravovaly právní předpisy, a srovnat úpravu de iure s faktickým postavením žen v běžném životě, konkrétně v jejich životě rodinném, profesním a společenském. Důležitým úkolem práce je nejen ukázat, jak právní předpisy na ženy nahlížely, ale také upozornit na skutečnost, že právní předpisy, které vznikaly proto, aby zlepšily postavení žen, nevznikly samy od sebe. V jejich vznik vyústila teprve dlouhodobá činnost žen, kterým nebyl jejich osud lhostejný. Práce je rozdělena z hlediska časového do tří kapitol. První kapitola mapuje období od druhé poloviny 19. století do počátku 1. světové války, druhá kapitola se zabývá obdobím po první světové válce a třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na období meziválečné. Práce zkoumá tuto problematiku z hlediska tří evropských zemí, a to Francie, Německa a Československé republiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main aim of my thesis is to focus on status of women in the legislation, and to compare their status de jure with their everyday life, primarily in their family, professional and social life. An important task of the thesis is not only to show how the legislation described women, but also highlight the fact that the legislation improving the status of women was not created by it selves. It was created thanks to long-term activities of women who had not been indifferent to their fate. The thesis is divided into three chapters in the terms of time. The first chapter describes the period from the second half of the 19th century to the beginning of the World War I, the second chapter deals with the period after World War I, the third chapter focuses on the period between two world wars. The thesis examines this issue in terms of three European countries: France, Germany and Czechoslovak Republic. |
