| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá okolnostmi mnichovské dohody. V první části jsou nastíněné vztahy 19.století, kdy tehdejší spory mezi Čechy a Němci měly později za následek vznik Československé republiky. Dále je rozebrána ústava z roku 1920 a s ní spojené jazykové zákony a mezinárodní vztahy ve 20. a 30.letech 20.století. Nejvíce pozornosti je věnováno mnichovské konferenci a samotné mnichovské dohodě, kde je práce zaměřena na její historické, mezinárodněprávní a ústavněprávní okolnosti. Poslední část se vztahuje k jejím následkům. |
| Abstract in different language: | My thesis focuses on the circumstances of the Munich Agreement. In the firts part there is outlined the relationship between the Czech and the German inhabitants in the 19th century that led to the establishment of the Czechoslovakia. Another part of my thesis deals with the Constitution 1920, language legislation and internatonal affairs in the 20´s and 30´s. Most attention is devoted to the Munich conference and the Munich Agreement itself. The author concentrates on description of the historical, constitutional and international law circumstances. The last part of the thesis refers to the consequences of the Munich Agreement. |
