| Abstract: | Cílem této práce bylo zjistit nejčastější argumenty objevující se během schvalovacího procesu zákona o registrovaném partnerství týkající se důvodů pro přijetí či jeho odmítnutí, stejně tak jako ospravedlnění možných homoparentálních rodin. Tyto argumenty byly vyhledány ve stenografických zápisech přístupných na webových stránkách poslanecké sněmovny parlamentu České republiky. Konkrétními daty, jež byla podrobena kvalitativní obsahové analýze, se staly zápisy od prvního podaného návrhu z roku 1997 až do roku 2006, kdy byl zákon o registrovaném partnerství schválen a vydán ve sbírce zákonů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main goal of this work was to find out the most common arguments that occurred during an approving process of the law of the Registered Partnership Act concerning reasons for its acceptance or refuse, as well as justifying possible homoparental families. These arguments were found in stenographical records accessible on the web pages of the House of Representatives of the parliament of the Czech Republic. The records, since the first submitted proposal in 1997 to 2006 when the law was approved and published in the statute book, became the concrete data that were analysed through a qualitative content analysis. |
