| Abstract: | Jak již vyplývá z názvu, obsahem této práce jsou trestné činy proti životu a zdraví spáchané nedbalostním zavinění, přičemž se tato práce omezuje pouze na trestněprávní pojetí těchto trestných činů v České republice, dle aktuálně platného trestního zákoníku. Cílem této práce je pak zejména shrnout aktuální pohled na tyto problémy a to se značným zapojením judikatury soudů. V práci lze tak nelézt mnoho z judikatury, ale i pohled na problematiky těchto trestných činů na úseku silniční dopravy a zdravotnictví, na které se sekundárně zaměřuji. |
| Abstract in different language: | As it is clear from the title the contents of this work are criminal offenses against life and health committed by negligence, when this work is limited to the criminal concept of these criminal offences in Czech Republic according to a current criminal code. The aim of this work in particular is to summarize actual view on these problems with a significant involvement of jurisprudence of the courts. At work is possible to find much from jurisprudence, but also the view at issues of criminal offences in the field of road traffic and health care on to which I focus secondarily. |
