| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce porovnává autorskoprávní úpravu v České republice a v USA a ochranu autorského díla v prostředí internetu. Zaměřuje se sejména na výčet relevantních právních předpisů, definici hlavních pojmů vázaných k tématu a stanovení legality užívání díla a jejich porovnání mezi danými zeměmi. Zabývá se také stanovením odpovědnosti uživatelů internetu a poskytovatelů informačních služeb. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis compares copyright law in the Czech Republic and the US and copyright protection in the Internet environment. It focuses on listing of relevant legislation, the definition of the main concepts related to the topic and the determination of the lawfulness of the use of the work and its comparison between the countries concerned. It also deals with the determination of the liability of Internet users and information service providers. |
