| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá podobou mezigeneračních vztahů v současné české rodině se zaměřením na roli a postavení prarodičů. Vychází z předpokladu, že ani na začátku třetího tisíciletí nemůžeme v české společnosti mluvit o konci rodiny, či o úplném separování prokreační rodiny od rodiny orientační, že naopak vzájemné kontakty a interakce mezi generacemi jsou stále poměrně časté a dynamické. Provedený výzkum kombinuje kvantitativní a kvalitativní sběr a zpracování dat. Zjišťuje, jak prarodiče a jejich dospělé děti vnímají mezigenerační vztahy v rodině. Zkoumá: (1) roli prarodičů v životě dospělých dětí a očekávanou formu vzájemné podpory, (2) skutečnou podoba vzájemných kontaktů a poskytované podpory, (3) motivaci jednotlivých generací ke vzájemné pomoci a podpoře a (4) případné konflikty a jejich vliv na mezigenerační solidaritu. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor´s thesis deals with the form of intergenerational relations in the contemporary Czech family with a focus on the role and status of grandparents. It is based on the assumption that even at the beginning of the third millennium we can not speak about the end of the family in the Czech society or about a full separation of family of procreation from family of orientation. On the contrary, mutual contact and interaction between generations are still relatively frequent and dynamic. The research combines quantitative and qualitative data collection and processing. It explores how the grandparents and their adult children perceive intergenerational family relationships. It examines: (1) the role of grandparents in the lives of adult children and expected form of mutual support, (2) the actual form of contacts and provided support, (3) motivations of each generation for mutual assistance and support, and (4) potential conflicts and their impact on intergenerational solidarity. |
