| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na genderová očekávání spojená s dívčím projevem, jinými slovy na stereotypní představy o tom, jak by měla mluvit "slušná" dívka. Tato práce odhaluje, jaká očekávání spojená s dívčím projevem vnímají mladí lidé v dnešní společnosti a jak dívky takováto očekávání naplňují. Výzkumná část této práce je založena na smíšených metodách sběru dat, které zahrnují dotazníkové šetření a polostrukturované rozhovory s vybranými studenty/kami, kteří/ré se účastnili/y kvantitativní části výzkumu. Bylo zjištěno, že mezi mladými lidmi obecně přetrvává názor, že dívčí mluva je podřízena větší kontrole společnosti. Ačkoli se pravidla, jak by měla mluvit "slušná" dívka v dnešní době, mění a jsou méně explicitní, dívky stále musí balancovat a hlídat si svou mluvu více než chlapci. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on gender expectations linked with girls? speech, in other words on some stereotypical ideas about how the "polite" girl should speak. This thesis detects which expectations linked with girls? speech are perceive by young people in contemporary society and in what ways girls live up to these expectations. The research of this thesis is based on mix methods, which include a questionnaire inquiry and semi-structured interviews with selected students which participated in the quantitative part of this research. It was discovered, that among young people in general there still persists an opinion that girls? speech is subject to greater control from society. Though the rules of speech of a "polite" girl these days shift and are less explicit than in the past, girls still have to balance and watch their speech more than boys. |
