Abstract: Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rodinu a zdravý životní styl. Toto téma je stále aktuální, protože rodina má na dítě největší vliv a je pro dítě vzorem. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se skládá z osmi kapitol a jejich podkapitol. První kapitola se zabývá definicí pojmu zdraví, jeho determinantů, podporou a prevencí zdraví. Druhá kapitola se zabývá životním stylem, zdravým životním stylem a životním stylem současné rodiny. Třetí až sedmá kapitola charakterizuje ty nejdůležitější oblasti, které patří do životního stylu (výživa a pitný režim, pohybová aktivita, relaxace a spánek, duševní hygiena a rizikové chování). Závěr teoretické části se věnuje rodině, jejím znakům, struktuře, funkcím, typům a výchovným stylům. Praktická část se zaměřuje na žáky šestých tříd běžné základní školy a základní školy se sportovním zaměřením a ověřuje, jaký má jejich rodina vliv na jejich zdravý životní styl. Výzkum proběhl formou dotazníků, které byly rozdány mezi 50 respondentů a poté zpracovány. V závěru práce je uvedeno shrnutí získaných dat a doporučení pro rodiče, co případně zlepšit.
Abstract in different language: The bachelor´s work is concentrated on family and healthy lifestyle. This theme is still topical, because family has the most influence on the child and is a model for the child. The bachelor's work is divided into a theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part consists of eight chapters and their subchapters. The first chapter is concerned with definition of health, determinants of health, support and prevention of health. The second chapter is concerned with lifestyle, healthy lifestyle and lifestyle of the present family. From the third to the seventh chapter there are characterized the most important components which belong to lifestyle (nutrition and drinking regime, physical activity, relaxation and sleep, mental hygiene and risk behaviour). The conclusion of the part deals with family, family characters, family function, types of family and educational style of the family. The practical part is concentrated on pupils from the sixth classes of classical and sports elementary schools and looks into their families how they affect their healthy lifestyle. The research took place on the basic of questionnaires. It was distributed among 50 respondents and afterwards it was evaluated. The results of the bachalor´s work are presented in the final summary, there are the obtained data and recommendations for parents to improve.
