| Abstract: | Předložená práce se zaměřuje na marketingovou komunikaci jako dílčí oblast marketingové strategie. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat marketingovou komunikaci vybraných internetových obchodů působících v oblasti kosmetiky a navrhnout opatření vedoucí k jejímu zlepšení. Teoretická východiska práce jsou zaměřena na definování elektronického obchodování a vymezení jeho typů, výhod a nevýhod. Empirická část práce zahrnuje analýzu marketingové komunikace pěti vybraných internetových obchodů za období 11 měsíců. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty hlavní poznatky formou odpovědí na stanovené výzkumné otázky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented thesis focuses on marketing communication as a part of the marketing strategy. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the marketing communication of selected e-shops in the area of cosmetics and to propose measures leading to its improvement. The theoretical basis of the thesis is focused on defining e-commerce and defining its types, advantages, and disadvantages. The empirical part of the thesis includes an analysis of the marketing communication of five selected internet shops over a period of 11 months. At the end of the thesis are summarized the main findings in the form of answers to specified research questions. |
