Abstract: | Cílem práce je vytvořit videoprogram na téma využití malé trampolíny v hodinách tělesné výchovy na základních a středních školách. Dílčím cílem je popis metodiky cvičení a nácvik techniky skoků na základě studia literatury a konzultace s trenéry. Práce je určena pro učitele tělesné výchovy, trenéry sportovní gymnastiky i laickou veřejnost. |
Abstract in different language: | The purpose of this dissertation is to create a tutorial on a subject of the use of a small trampoline in PE lectures at primary schools and high schools. A part of the dissertation is a description of the work out methods and the practice of the techniques of jumps based on the academic literature and consulting the professional coaches. This dissertation is aimed at the PE teachers, sport gymnastics coaches and the broad public. |
