| Abstract: | Předkládaná diplomová práce pojednává o prvním českém tělocvičném spolku Sokol. V první části je popsána doba, ve které Sokol vznikal, založení Sokola Pražského - první tělocvičné jednoty, stručná historie sokolského hnutí a životopis zakladatele Sokola Miroslava Tyrše a prvního starosty Sokola Pražského Jindřicha Fügnera. Druhá část je zaměřena na vznik a rozvoj tělocvičných jednot ve vybraných obcích regionu Plzeň-sever. V závěru práce jsou naznačeny možnosti využití zpracovaných skutečností. |
| Abstract in different language: | The presented work deals with the first sports association called Sokol. The first part describes: the period of Sokol´s origin, the establishment of the Sokol of Prague (the first sports club), a short history of Sokol movement, the biography of Miroslav Tyrš ( the founder of Sokol) and the biography of Jindřich Fügner ( the first chairman of the Sokol of Prague). The second part is focused on the establishment and development of some sports clubs in selected villages in the region Plzeň - North. The opportunities of using described facts are indicated in the conclusion. |
