| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu "Evropské hlavní město kultury", zabývá historií této kulturní iniciativy, podmínkami účasti, výběrovým řízením a jejím financováním. Mimo to jsou zde popsány pozitivní dopady této kulturní akce na vybraná města. V praktické části jsou představeny některé projekty měst - Plzeň, Linec a metropole Porúří. Dále je zde objasněno i financování těchto projektů. Programy těchto tří Evropských hlavních měst kultury byly prověřeny a byly u nich zjištěny hlavní rozdíly a společné rysy. Dále bylo blíže analyzováno financování celého projektu a porovnáno. Práce zahrnuje také glosář se speciálními slovy a slovními spojeními v anglickém a německém jazyce k tématu a jejich ekvivalenty v českém jazyce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is dealing with the topic "European Capital of Culture", namely with the history of this cultural event, participation conditions, selection procedure and the funding. In addition, there are described positive effects of this cultural event on the selcted cities. In the practical part some of the projects of the cieties Pilsen, Linz and the Rhineland metropolis are introduced. There is also clarified the funding of these projects. The programs of these three European capital of culture have been examinated and there have been found out the main differences and common features in the programs. Furthermore the funding of the whole projects was analyzed and compared. The thesis also includes a glossary of speacial words and phrases to the topic in English and German and their equivalents in the Czech language. |
