Abstract in different language: The work is devoted to the hardware and software complex, consisting of a device that continuously reads the data of the microclimate of the environment, and applications (mobile application and web-application) that provide the user with relevant data. The main task of this software and hardware complex is continuous monitoring of the environment for the state, forecasting, prevention and elimination of consequences. The hardware and software system, developed on the basis of the IOT concept, will allow to keep a single record of the environment from anywhere in the world where there is access to Ethernet or mobile Internet. This will allow to know the state of the environment, where the system is located, to react in a timely manner and to decide on the elimination of consequences.
