| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou vývoje společnosti CROY v době současné hospodářské krize. Hlavní činností firmy je prodej a servis speciální těžké techniky. První část práce popisuje příčiny vzniku ekonomické krize, její etapy a dopady. V další kapitole autorka charakterizuje vybraný podnik, jeho historii, současnost, marketing a konkurenty. Finanční výkonnost podniku je hodnocena pomocí finanční analýzy, která se zaměřuje na roky před krizí a krizová léta. Hlavním cílem práce bylo navrhnout zlepšujících opatření, která pomohou podniku bojovat proti krizi. Závěrem práce je finanční plán, který vychází z analýz okolí a strategie firmy. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis analyzes the development of CROY company in times of economic crisis. The core business of this company is the sale and service of special heavy vehicles. The first part describes the causes of economic crisis, its phazes and its effects on business. In the next chapter the author describes the chosen company, its history, present, marketing and its competitors. Financial performance is evaluated using financial analysis, which is focused on the years before the crisis and crisis years. The main aim of this work was to propose improve measures to help this company to confront the crisis. The conclusion is the financial plan based on analysis of surrounding and corporate strategy. |
