| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu malých a středních podniků na Domažlicku. Důvodem zpracování této práce bylo zjistit, zda malé a střední podniky pomáhají růstu ekonomiky. Empirický výzkum se zabýval porovnáním oboru podnikání MSP a kvalifikační struktury uchazečů o zaměstnání. Dále porovnáním současných volných pracovních míst s konkrétními uchazeči o zaměstnání na ÚP. V práci je pojednáno i o podpoře MSP a je zde uveden předpokládaný vývoj oborů MSP, MSP a trhu práce. V závěru je zhodnocena ekonomická efektivnost podnikání v konkrétním podniku. Výstupem této diplomové práce je fakt, že MSP jsou faktorem, který rozvíjí region, avšak v současné době jde spíše jen o udržitelný rozvoj. |
| Abstract in different language: | The present diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of small and medium enterprises in Domažlice. The reason for the writing this work was to find out whether small and medium-sized enterprises to help economic growth. Empirical research is discussed by comparing the business sector of SMEs and qualification structure of job-seekers. Furthermore, comparing the current vacancies with specific job-seekers at the employment office. The diploma thesis also discussed the support of SMEs and is given development of business sector of SMEs, SMEs and labor market. Finally, it assesses the economic efficiency of doing business in a particular company. The output of diploma thesis is fact, that SMEs are a factor, which develops region, but currently it is more just sustainable development.region. |
