Abstract:	Práce podává teoretický přehled v oblasti stresu a relaxace - příčiny, druhy a fáze stresu; základní pravidla psychohygieny, specializace na stres u dětí. Dále obsahuje popisy základních druhů relaxačních technik. V praktické části pak mapuji využití relaxačních technik v praxi - dotazníkovým šetřením a rozhovorem.
Abstract in different language:	This work gives theoretical overview in field of stress and relaxation - causes, kinds and phases of stress; basic rules of psychohygiene, specialization on children's stress. Also it consists of descriptions of basic kinds of relaxation techniques. In practical part of work I map using of relaxation techniques in practice - with questionnaire investigation and interview.
