| Abstract: | Příspěvek se zabývá rozvojem a vlivem římského práva v době gregoriánské reformy a bojů o investituru. Zabývá se také otázkou vzájemných vztahů světské a církevní moci jakožto problému formování evropské společnosti. The paper deals with the development and influence of Roman law in the time of Gregorian reform and struggles for investment. It also addresses the question of the relationship of secular and ecclesiastical power as a problem of the formation of European society. |
