| Abstract: | Tématem mé diplomové práce je Sametová revoluce a obnova místní samosprávy v ČR. V prvé řadě jsou uvedeny historicko-politické události před rokem 1989. Dále je popsán samotný průběh Sametové revoluce a následující dni. V této návaznosti je práce věnována i Sametové revoluci v Českých Budějovicích. Závěr pojednává o vývoji samosprávy po roce 1989, kde je uvedena reforma veřejné správy či první a druhé svobodné volby konané po roce 1989. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of my thesis is the Velvet Revolution and the restoration of local self-government in the Czech Republic. In the first part there are historical-political events before 1989. The actual course of the Velvet Revolution and the following days are described. In this connection, the work is dedicated to the Velvet Revolution in České Budějovice. The conclusion is about the evolution of self-government after 1989 where is stated public administration reform or the first and second free elections after 1989. |
