| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vystoupením Spojeného království Velké Británie a Severního Irska z Evropské unie. Zaměřuje se na historické vztahy mezi Spojeným královstvím a Evropskou unií. Popisuje a porovnává počáteční cíle obou aktérů. Dále se soustředí na samotná jednání. Popisuje rozdíly mezi Spojeným královstvím a Evropskou unií v jejich přístupu. V závěrečné části se práce zaměřuje na dohodu o vystoupení, kterou schválila Evropská rada a vláda Theresy Mayové v listopadu 2018. Popisuje, jak byla problematická témata vyřešena, a která strana ustoupila v kterých otázkách. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the exiting of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union. It focuses on the historical relations between the United Kingdom and the European Union. It describes and compares the initial goals of both actors. Then it focuses on the negotiations itself. It describes differences between the United Kingdom and the European Union in their approach. In the final part, the thesis focuses on the withdrawal agreement that was agreed by the European Council and Theresa May's cabinet in November 2018. It describes how were the problematic topics resolved and which side made what concessions. |
