| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na poskytování specifické ošetřovatelské péče o neklidného pacienta na gerntopsychiatrickém oddělení. V teoretické části jsou popsány gerontopsychiatrická zařízení, projevy a možné příčiny neklidného chování pacienta. Dále jsou popisována specifika poskytované ošetřovatelské péče o neklidného pacienta na gerontopsychiatrickém oddělení včetně forem intenzivního dohledu pacienta, zásad vhodné komunikace, farmakoterapie a restriktivních postupů. V praktické části zjišťuji znalosti ošetřovatelského personálu v oblasti komunikace, ošetřovatelské péče o neklidného pacienta a možný negativní vliv na ošetřovatelský personál. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is focused on providing nursing care for specific patient gerontopsychical troubled department.In the theoretical section describes gerontopsychiatrical equipment, signs and possible causes of restless behavior of the patient. Further described are specifics provided nursing care for a patient to the troubled department gerontopsychiacal forms of intensive supervision, including the patient, the principles of appropriate communication, pharmacotherapy and restrictive practices. In the practical part I find the knowledge of nursing staff in communication, nursing care of the agitated patient and the possible negative impact on the nursing staff. |
