| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem využitelnosti senzomotorických vložek v terapii získaných vad nohou. Teoretická část je rozdělena na několik částí, které se zabývají především stavbou nohy jako celku, jsou zde shrnuty nejznámější získané vady nohou, které jsou v dnešní době stále častější. Nejčastější příčinnou těchto vad bývá špatné rozložení váhy na plosce nohy. Tomu je věnována jednu z capitol. V samotném závěru budou popsány principy senzomotorické stimulace a představeny senzomotorické vložky a jejich využití. Praktická část je zaměřena přímo na terapii podpořenou senzomotorickými vložkami u pacientů s diagnózou pes planus. Čtyři probandi s touto diagnózou byli rozděleni do dvou skupin, první skupině byla indikována kombinovaná terapie a druhé skupině terapie domácím cvičením. Pacienti byli vyšetření na tenzometrické desce a výsledky byly porovnány. Vyplývá z nich, že kombinovaná terapie, byla v našem případě až 3x účinnější. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis deals with the applicability of sensorimotor insoles in the therapy of acquired foot defects. The theoretical part is divided into several parts, which deal mainly with the construction of the foot as a whole, there are summarized the most famous acquired defects of the feet, which are nowadays more and more frequent. The most common cause of these defects is poor weight distribution on the foot and I devote to one of the chapters In the conclusion will be described the principles of sensorimotor stimulation and sensorimotor insoles and their use. The practical part is focused directly on therapy supported by sensorimotor insoles in patients with diagnosis of planus. I divided the four probands with this diagnosis into two groups, the first group being combined therapy and the second group home therapy. Patients were examined on a strain gauge plate and the results were compared. They suggest that the combination therapy was up to 3 times more effective in our case. |
