| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o aditivech v potravinách a jejich vlivu na zdraví člověka. Úvodní kapitola je věnována obecnému přehledu, historii a testování přídatných látek. Dále je v bakalářské práci uvedeno rozdělení přídatných látek a jejich nejvýznamnější zástupci. Práce se také zabývá základní legislativou, užitím potravinových aditiv v průmyslu, opětovně diskutovaným aditivům a užitím přídatných látek v ČR a EU v porovnání s USA. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na jednotlivé etikety výrobků. Cílem sledování etiket bylo zjistit jaké látky se přidávají do běžně používaných potravin a jestli mohou mít vliv na naše zdraví, nebo za jakým účelem byly do potraviny přidány. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis concerns with additives in food and their influence on human health. The opening chapter is dedicated to general overview, history and testing of supplementary stuff. Furthermore, the thesis also describes the dividing of the supplementary stuff and its most significant representatives. The work also concerns with basic legislation, using of food additives in industry, the repeatedly discussed additives and using of supplementary stuff in the Czech Republic and the European Union in comparison to the USA. The last chapter is focused on individual product labels. The aim of label observation was to discover what supplementary stuff is added to commonly used foods, whether it could affect our health or why the stuff was added to the food. |
