| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývala mobilními aplikacemi v cestovním ruchu. Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat využití mobilních aplikací v cestovním ruchu. Prostřednictvím zjištěných výsledků sestavit doporučení pro budoucí vývoj aplikací. Je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole jsou zaznamenány teoretické poznatky týkající se tématu práce. Dotazníkové šetření a uživatelské testování jsou popsány ve druhé kapitole. Poslední kapitola obsahuje získané výsledky jednotlivých šetření. Zjištěné výstupy jsou zkreslené výběrem a nedostatečným vzorkem respondentů. Nicméně alespoň částečně indikují, jaké aplikace jsou v cestovním ruchu využívány nejvíce a jaká kritéria jsou nezbytná při jejich vývoji. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's thesis dealt with mobile applications in tourism. The main objective of the work is to analyze the use of mobile apps in tourism based on findings from research survey and suggest recommendations for future applications development. The bachelor's thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first one includes theoretical pieces of knowledge about the topic. Questionnaire survey and user testing are described in the second chapter. The last chapter contains acquired results of the surveys. The results achieved are distorted by the selection and insufficient sample of respondents. However, they at least partially indicate which applications are most used in tourism and what criteria are necessary in their development. |
