| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vnímáním společenské odpovědnosti a temného turismu. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány pojmy, které se vztahují k oblasti temného turismu a cestovního ruchu. Následující část je věnována společenské odpovědnosti jako součásti marketingu. V empirické části práce je provedena obsahová analýza webových stránek vybraných památek temného turismu z pohledu společenské odpovědnosti, na jejíž závěry navazuje metoda focus group, které se zúčastnily skupiny rodičů, studentů a minimalistických cestovatelů. Z dostupných závěrů byla vytvořena online anketa. Z výsledků šetření bylo zjištěno, že společenská odpovědnost je vnímána různě podle odstínů temného turismu. Na základě těchto zjištění byla navrhnuta doporučení pro budoucí vývoj památek temného turismu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This Master thesis deals with the perceprion of social responsibility and dark tourism. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the terms that relate to the field of dark tourism and tourism in general. The following section is devoted to social responsibility as a part of marketing. The empirical part of the thesis is a content analysis of websites of selected dark tourism sites from the perspective of social responsibility. The conclusions of which are followed by the focus group method, which was attended by groups of parents, students and minimalist travellers. An online survey was created from the available conclusions. From the results of the survey, it was found that social responsibility is perceived differently according to a dark tourism spectrum. Based on these findings, recommendations were proposed for the future development of dark tourism sites. |
