| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje outsourcingu vedení účetnictví (popř. vedení daňové evidence) v oblasti soukromého sektoru lékařství. V části literární rešerše je provedena deskripce pojmů, které se týkají outsourcingu, jeho členění, možných výhod a nevýhod outsourcingu a procesu vytváření vztahu outsourcera se společností, jenž tyto služby poskytuje. Přičemž z těchto informací, si každý z lékařů může udělat obrázek o tom, zda je vhodné využívat služeb outsourcingu vedení účetnictví (vedení daňové evidence) i pro něj osobně (pro jeho společnost), či nikoliv. Tato práce se však zabývá i komparací zatížení vynaloženými náklady na tyto služby, a to u jednotlivých fyzických a právnických osob. Tímto poskytuje tato práce lékařům také podklady proto, aby se rozhodli správně, při otázce, zda podnikat jako fyzická osoba či jako právnická osoba (většinou však společnost s ručením omezeným). Pro tuto komparaci bylo využito regresní a korelační analýzy, při níž bylo zjištěno, že existuje slabá kladná stochastická závislost ceny outsourcingu na formě podnikání. Poslední kapitola může být naopak předlohou těm společnostem, které účetnictví (daňovou evidenci) lékařům zpracovávaly, jelikož se to kapitola věnuje návrhu kalkulace. Tato kalkulace byla vytvořena na základě řízených rozhovorů, průzkumu trhu pomocí internetu a komparace těchto údajů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor' s thesis deals with the outsourcing of bookkeeping (or tax records) in the private sector of medicine. Literature Research part describes the concepts that relate to outsourcing, its classification, possible advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing and the process of creating a relationship between the outsourcer and the company that provides these services. With this information, each of the doctors can get a picture of whether it is appropriate to use the services of outsourcing accounting (tax records) for them personally (their company) or not. However, this thesis also deals with the comparison of the costs incurred for these services, for entrepreneurs and legal entities. In this way, this thesis also provides doctors with the basis to make the right decision when deciding whether to do business as an entrepreneurs or as a legal entity (but usually a limited liability company). Regression and correlation analysis was used for this comparison, in which it was found that there is a weak positive stochastic dependence of the price of outsourcing on the form of business. On the contrary, the last chapter could be a model for those companies that process accounting (tax records) for doctors, as this chapter deals with the design of calculations. This calculation was created on the basis of guided interviews, market research using the Internet and a comparison of these data. |
