| Abstract: | Předmětem této diplomové práce je popsat zastavení exekuce v českém právním řádu. Název práce je Zastavení exekuce. Práce je systematicky členěna do 6 kapitol. První část práce je věnována obecné charakteristice exekuce. Další kapitoly se již zabývají konkrétní problematikou zastavení exekuce. Poslední část této práce je zaměřena na srovnání české a slovenské právní úpravy zastavení exekuce. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of this diploma thesis is the termination of a distraint in the Czech legal order. The title of the work is The termination of a distraint. The thesis is systematically divided into 6 chapters. The first part is devoted to the general characteristics of distrainment. The following chapters analyse the specific problems of the termination of a distraint. The last part of this thesis is focused on the comparison of Czech and Slovak legal regulations of suspension of a distraint. |
