| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá žalobami na ochranu vlastnického práva. Základními žalobami na ochranu vlastnického práva jsou žaloba na vydání věci a žaloba zápůrčí, ale v práci je věnovaná část i žalobě určovací. Poslední kapitola upravuje problematiku sousedských práv. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of this diploma thesis is the actions to protect ownership rights. At the beginning of this thesis is to deal with the history of ownership and actions. The following chapter is about the current concept of the actions to protect the owner. The last three sections are to deal with detailed analysis of vindication action, negatory action, and Neighbour's Law. |
