| Abstract: | Tato práce si dává za cíl osvětlení procesu vydání soudního rozhodnutí od stručného popisu historického vývoje soudnictví, přes vydání soudního rozhodnutí, až po účinky spojené s jeho vydáním. Jednotlivé účinky lze přisuzovat nabytí vlastností soudního rozhodnutí. Tyto vlastnosti jsou podrobně definovány v samostatných kapitolách. Závěr práce je věnován zákonnosti rozhodnutí, a to zejména z pohledu přísných pravidel na proces vydání, formu a obsah rozhodnutí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the thesis is to clarify the procedure of judgment rendering, from a brief description of the historical development of the judiciary, through the rendering of a judgment to the effects related to the rendering. The individual effects can be described as traits a judgment obtains. The traits mentioned are defined in detail in separate chapters. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to the judgment's legality, specifically with regard to the strict rules of the rendering process and the form and content of the judgment. |
