| Abstract: | Karcinom prsu je v dnešní době velmi rozsáhlé onemocnění, které postihuje ženy i mladé dívky. Je nutné věnovat mu pozornost a nadále o otázkách spojených s tím onemocněním veřejně hovořit. Nabádat ženy k preventivním prohlídkám a dbát na jejich dodržování. Cílem této práce bylo zmapovat nejčastější ošetřovatelské problémy u pacientek po ablaci prsu a vytvoření edukačního plánu. Teoretická část práce je vyhrazena pro anatomii prsu, rizikové faktory vnější a vnitřní, vyšetřovací metody, léčba, prevence. Praktická část se věnuje oběma pacientkám, ve které jsou detailně popsány obě kazuistiky, anamnézy, oddíly, které se týkají předoperační péče, operační péči, pooperační péči, hojení ran a možné vzniklé komplikace. |
| Abstract in different language: | Currently, the breast cancer (carcinoma) is widespread disease, which attacks women and young girls. It is necessary to pay attention to this disease, to discuss issues associated with this disease publicly and to appeal to women to do preventive check-ups and keep an eye on their observance. The main aim of the thesis is to describe the most frequent nursing problems which patients with ablation of breast cancer had. Another aim is to create educational plan. Theoretical part of the thesis includes breast anatomy, external and internal risk factors, examination methods, cure and prevention. The practical part of the thesis contains the both patients. There are described both casuistries, anamnesis, chapters about preoperative care, operative and postoperative care, wound healing and possible complications. |
