| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je ověřit efekt prolongovaného strečinku v ergoterapii centrálních paréz. Teoretickou část tvoří kapitoly, které se zabývají centrální parézou, cévní mozkovou příhodou, hodnocením spastické parézy a metodou prolongovaného strečinku. Praktická část se zaměřuje na terapii horní končetiny a její zapojení do každodenních aktivit. Výzkum je zaznamenán formou kazuistického šetření sestavené ze dvou klientů po hemoragické cévní mozkové příhodě. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis is to verify the effect of prolonged stretching in occupational therapy when treating upper motor neuron lesion. The theoretical part consists of chapters dealing with upper motor neuron lesion, stroke, assesment of spastic paresis and prolonged stretching method. The practical part focuses on the therapy of the upper limb and its involvement in everyday activities. The research is recorded in the form of a case study which contains two clients after a haemorrhagic stroke. |
