| Abstract: | Téma mé diplomové práce se zaměřuje na dozor a kontrolu činnosti obcí podle zákona č. 128/2000 Sb., o obcích. Práci člením na 5 kapitol. V těchto kapitolách pojednávám o základních pojmech vztahujících se k této problematice, právnímu vývoji dozoru a kontroly od roku 1990 až do roku 2006 a aktualní pravní upravě a problematice dozoru a kontroly činnosti obcí podle zákona o obcích. |
| Abstract in different language: | My thesis is focused on supervision and control of activities of municipalities pursuant to the Act no. 128/2000 Coll., on Municipalities. MY thesis is consist of 5 chapters. In these chapters I define the basic concepts relating to these issues, I deal with the legal development of supervision and control during the period from 1990 till 2006 and I deal with the actual legal regulations and issues of supervision and control of activities of municipalities pursuant to the Act of Municipalities. |
