| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na některé formy trestné součinnosti a jejich historický vývoj. Kapitoly se zaměřují podrobněji na výklad jednotlivých forem trestné součinnosti, které mezi sebou práce porovnává. Závěr práce, vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o problematiku celosvětovou, srovnává mezi sebou právní úpravu naší země s jinými. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of the theseis are some forms of criminal cooperation and their historical development. The chapters describe in detail an interpretation of various forms of criminal cooperation and compare then between each other. The end of the theseis concludes that this is a problem worldwide, therefore it compares the legislation of our country with other ones. |
