Abstract:	Zabývám se výslechem z pohledu kriminalistické teorie a praxe, kdy se věnuji celkové charakteristice výslechu. Snažím se popsat celkový průběh výslechu včetně jednotlivé problematiky s ním související tak, aby bylo možné pochopit a zjistit vše, co proces výslechu a výpovědi obnáší.
Abstract in different language:	I look into interrogation from the perspective of forensic theory and practice; especially I focus on the overall characteristics of the interrogation. I try to describe overall course of the interrogation in my thesis, including the various problems associated with it so that we can understand and see everything that the process of interrogation and testimony is about.
