| Abstract: | V své práci Pokračování v trestném činu se zaměřuji na využívání tohoto institutu nejen u majetkových, ale také u násilných trestných činů. Pro svou práci jsem si vybrala fenomén zvaný sérioví vrazi. Popisuji zde jejich činy, jejich osobnost a jejich odsouzení. Hledám skutečnosti, které mohou představovat důvod pro odsouzení těchto vrahů za pokračující trestný čin. |
| Abstract in different language: | In my dissertation named ? The continuous crime? I targeted the application of this juridical institute not only to the acquisitive offence but also to the offence of violence. I focus on concept of Serial killers. I describe their acts, their personality and typical characteristics and legal proceeding. I search for the facts that represent the ground for conviction of these killers of ?The continuous crime?. |
