| dc.description.abstract | Sociální podniky jsou chápány jako inovativní prvky v české ekonomice. Pracují s inovativním business modelem a sociální misi při respektování ekonomických principů. Mnoho českých sociálních podniků, které se pohybují na trhu, pochází z neziskového sektoru. I presto, že význam českých sociálních podniků roste, je známo málo o jejich charakteristice a běžném provozu. Cílem článek je poskytnout bližší pohled na české sociální podniky v rámci vybraných aspektů, jako je základní charakteristika, formy sociálních podniků a jejich vztahy ke stakeholderům. Výstupy jsou přínosné pro bližší poznání těchto subjektů. Článek je uzavřen diskusí nad možnými budoucími směry výzkumu v oblasti sociálního podnikání. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Social enterprises are seen as an innovative part of the Czech economy. They possess the ability to provide innovative business models, the social mission of which is accomplished by carrying out economic activity. Many Czech social enterprises have arisen from the non-profit sector and are attempting to prove their ability to operate on the market. Because the importance of social enterprises in the context of the Czech environment is increasing and, unfortunately, little is known about their characteristics and daily practice, the aim of this paper is to carry out an analytical examination of Czech social enterprises in order to gain concrete information about them. This paper examines a sample of Czech social enterprises and aims to provide information on selected aspects, such as basic characteristics, the forms of social enterprises, and their relation to stakeholders. The results are useful for gaining more detailed knowledge on these entities. The text concludes with a discussion on the primary future research challenge in the area of social entrepreneurship that might be helpful to increase knowledge of social enterprises. | en |
