| Abstrakt: | Tématem mé práce je dohled nad činností soudních exekutorů. V hlavní kapitole popisující dohled se zabývám jednotlivými dohledovými orgány, jejich postupem při výkonu dohledu a jejich pravomocemi. Pro celkové zhodnocení rozsahu a obsahu dohledu nad soudními exekutory jsem provedla komparaci dohledu nad jinými právními profesemi, a to nad advokáty, notáři a soudci. Rovněž jsem provedla komparaci dohledu nad činností soudních exekutorů u nás a ve Slovenské republice. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | The main goal of my thesis is the surveillance od the activities od court distrainers. The main chapter is outlining the surveillance and here I deal with the individual surveillance authorities, the procedure which they use while they are performing the surveillance and the competencies which they have. I carried out the comparison of the surveillance with other legal professions such as lawyers, nitaries and judges for the overal assessment of the range and the content of the surveillance. I carried out also the comperison of the surveillance of the court distrainer activities in our country and the Slovak republic. |
