| Abstract: | Práce s názvem "Cesty k prosperitě firmy" je zaměřena na firmu "Miloslav Bartkowiak" která se zabývá nákladní dopravou a z menší části prodejem dřevěných výrobků. Hlavním cílem práce bylo teoretické popsání PEST analýzy, SWOT analýzy a finanční analýzy a jejich aplikace na zvolené firmě. Z finanční analýzy bylo cílem poznat, v jaké ekonomické situaci se firma nachází a pomocí PEST a SWOT analýzy zjistit hlavní faktory které na firmu působí v pozitivním i negativním směru. Prostřednictvím jejich výsledků a pomocí marketingového mixu byla navržena strategie vývoje a prosperity firmy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work titled "The ways to prosperity of company" is focused on the company "Miloslav Bartkowiak", which deals with freight transport and production of wooden products. The main objektive was to describe the theoretical PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and financial analysis and their application to the selected firm. The financial analysis was to identify the economic situation in which businessis located. Using the PEST and SWOT analysis to determine the main factors which the firm operates in both positive and negative direction. Through their results and use the marketing mix strategy was designed development and prosperity of the company. |
