| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá farmaceutickým právem. Nejprve se v ní věnuji popisu základních pojmů a institutů, které ho tvoří a regulují. V další části se zabývám jeho základními prameny mezinárodními i tuzemskými. Poté se věnuji jednotlivým oblastem farmaceutického práva, jako jsou regulace léčivých přípravků, regulace zdravotnických prostředků a regulace reklamy na tyto přípravky a prostředky. V závěrečné kapitole rozebírám odpovědnost a řešení deliktů z oblasti tohoto právního odvětví. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with pharmaceutical law. First, I deal with the description of basic concepts and institutes that create and regulate it. In the next part I describe its basic sources, both international and domestic. Then I deal with individual areas of pharmaceutical law, such as the regulation of medicinal products, medical devices and the regulation of advertising for these products and devices. In the final chapter, I discuss the responsibility and resolution of torts in this area of law. |
