| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou řízení nákladů ve společnosti Surfaces Limited, organizační složka. Práce analyzuje náklady podniku a soustředí se na jednotlivé analýzy nákladů. Také popisuje vybrané nákladové kalkulace, které jsou v současné době základem nákladového řízení. V práci bylo zjištěno a popsáno, jak jednotlivé náklady vznikají a jaký mají dopad. Práce se také věnuje zhodnocení řízení nákladů podniku a optimalizaci nákladů. Na základě provedených analýz a metod řízení nákladů byly navrženy a doporučeny možné způsoby optimalizace nákladů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor's thesis deals with cost management analysis at Surfaces Limited, organizational unit. The work analyzes the costs of the enterprise and focuses on individual cost analyses. It also describes the selected cost calculations that are currently the basis of the cost procedure. The the work identified and described how individual costs are incurred and what their impact is. The thesis is also devoted to assessing the management of the company's costs and optimizing costs. Based on the analyses and cost management methods performed, possible ways of optimizing costs have been proposed and recommended. |
