| Abstract: | Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je komparativní případová studie tří typů horních komor v asymetrickém bikameralismu.Jedná se o britskou Sněmovnu lordů, rakouskou Spolkovou radu a český Senát. Jednotlivé případové studie představují různé typy horních komor v asymetrickém bikameralismu.Cílem práce je potvrdit hlavní výzkumnou otázku práce: Včechny komparované země mají důvod k ustanovení asymetrického bikameralismu ve svém politickém systému. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main theme of this work is analysis of three type of upper chamber in asymmetric bicameralism. Between these upper chambers pertains British House of Lords, Czech Senate and Austrian Federal Council. The work tries to verify the main thesis that all three type of upper chamber are relevant to political system which they represent. Second thesis of this paper works with assumption that Czech Senate has positive influence on Czech political system. The main technique of this work are comparative methods and case study methods. This work is divided to the two parts. The first part are aimed at case studies, it consists analysis of three upper chambers by specific regulations. These specific regulations concists of historical perspective of upper chamber, political representation of upper chamber, powers of upper chamber, interrelations between upper and lower chamber and future perspective of upper chamber. The second part is devided to theoretical and evaluation part. The theoretical part of my diploma paper is focused on metodology of this work, it means circumscription comparative subject and specific regulations of upper chamber. The evaluation part of this work deals with final evaluation of conclusions comparative methods and final evaluation of whole work, it consists verify theses. |
